US approval of Williams pipeline involved fraud, say opponents

New York-Opponents of Williams' proposed western states products pipeline are seeking to kill the project, asserting the line markets no economic sense and its federal approval involved fraud. A request for a permanent injunction was filed May 21 in Federal District Court, Washington D.C., by Sinclair Oil, four environmental groups and a private landowner.
