Alumina refining in China’sGuangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is at88% of its 8.4 million/mt year productioncapacity, trade platform Northeast Asia MagnesiaMaterial Trading Center said in a reporton its website on April 29.The report said close to 7.4 million mt/year of alumina capacity was running, notingthat other than Guangxi Xinfa Group, whichhas capped production a little ,because ofaccumulated mud problems, other producersare producing actively.
