Texas Eastern works to repair ruptured line; service restoration expected in Nov.

Texas Eastern Transmission said August 26 that work to restore service through the portion of its system that ruptured April 29 near the Delmont Compressor is about 25% complete, a 10-percentagepoint improvement from the last update two weeks ago.
