US continues antidumping probe of FeV imports from S. Korea

The US Department of Commercewill continue its investigation into the allegeddumping of South Korean ferrovanadium inthe US market, the US International TradeCommission said May 11.The decision is a result of the ITCdetermining there was “a reasonable indication” the US industry has beenmaterially damaged. Had the ITC determinedthere was no injury to the domestic industry,the investigation would have beensuspended.
