China’s 2015 car sales, output rises, but growth rate slows

China, the world’s largest automobilemarket, saw another year of expansion,with both sales and output at record highs, but saturation in mature markets anda slowing economy has put a dent on thegrowth rate.A total of 24.6 million cars were sold inthe country in 2015, a 4.71% increase from ayear earlier, data from the China Associationof Automobile Manufacturers showed. Thatcompares with a growth rate of 6.86% in2014 and 13.87% in 2013.
