Comanche crossborder pipe project leans on FERC for quick approval

Comanche Trail Pipeline is pressing the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to take quick action on a proposed border crossing pipeline that would send up to 1.1 Bcf/d of natural gas across the border from Texas to Mexico, noting the start of construction is already behind the original schedule. Prompt commission approval is needed of the San Elizario Crossing Project to give the project a better chance of meeting its in-service date, the developer said in a May 2 letter to FERC (CP15-503).
