Packaging can be found in every household(Fig.1).Packaging represents and protects the contained product It also plays an important role in selling the product.Food packaging consists not only of plastics,essentially in form of foils,but also of paper and board.In this lecture,we will concentrate on packaging produced from paper and board.When talking of packaging,food packaging has taken a very special and regulated position.
