Our Mine Duty Drum Pulley utilizes a two-piece rim hydraulically seated around precision-cut end and center discs and features a double sub-arc welded construction on both the front and back of the hub and end discs as well as at the rim to the end disc. CCI lagging is designed to meet the demands of your application. We offer vulcanized rubber, which is baked on the pulleys in an autoclave. We also offer cold bond lagging, which is adhered to the pulley surface with industrial adhesives, and shell lagging which features rubber bonded to rolled shell sections.
