Cost management is one of the most relevant topics, especially in today's economical situation. Same as in other industries, the coating industry also has to develop strategies to reduce overall costs. At the same time, the coating industry is facing the challenge to develop more ecofriendly materials. Switching to more environmentally friendly coatings in most cases means changing from solvent based coatings to waterborne materials. Of course, this all has to be managed without compromising the quality.
