McCloskey International has introduced a new vibratory flatdeck screening system for portable plant operations. The S190 screener features a 5-ft. x 20-ft. "high energy" screening box engineered to allow the industry's steepest screening angles for any portable plant of similar nominal size. It offers adjustable screening angles, increased vibratory power and a large effective screening area of 190 sq. ft. In addition, it features: Five settings for the screen box angle, ranging from 20 to 30 degrees. A "high-energy" screen box with adjustable vibration stroke from 6 mm up to 10 mm. Shaft speeds adjustable from 950 to 1130 rpm. The productivity of the S190 is enhanced by features designed to minimize downtime for travel, set-up and service. Its "travel-out" guarded walkways are fixed in place and require no folding or disassembly for transport. The track-mounted machine is offered with an optional roll-in bogie for highway travel without requiring a float. The plant is also available as a tri-axle wheeled model.
