In 2006, McCloskey introduced die S130 flatdeck screening system to close the gap between conventional mid-range plants and the industry's highest portable production models. With 130 sq. ft. of screen cloth totaled across both decks, the 5-ft. by 14-ft. screen box offers up to 25 percent more screening area than its closest competitors. Previously, producers who wished to move up to a larger screener would have to commit to increasing production as much as 80 percent. The S130 screener now lets customers expand their business incrementally and at significantly lower cost.
