Berkeley Lab and UC Berkeley Paltrier on India Energy R&D

The U.S.Dept.of Energy's(DOE)Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory(Berkeley Lab;www.lbl.gov)and the Univ.of California,Berkeley(www.coe.berkeley.edu)have announced a joint research and development program in which researchers will work with the government and private sector of India to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while maintaining sustained economic growth.
