Industry partners declare week of March 17-23 'National Construction & Construction Materials Week'

Industry partners of the ConExpo-Con/Agg 2002 international exposition have joined together to declare the week of March 17-23,2002 as "National Construction and Construction Materials Week," using the show to call attention to the enormous size arid scope of the industry; as well as the contributions of its workforce to the economic prosperity; quality of life and environmental integrity of the nation and the world. The show's industry partners are its four sponsors - the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA), the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA), arid the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) - joined by the American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) and the National Utility Con-tractors Association (NUCA).
