As the owner of Blasting Contractors in Buckeye, Ariz., Bryan Adams has found a home where the buffalo roam, and it hardly matters that the skies are not cloudy all day. Since 1996, Adams has kept his drilling and blasting company busy on civil construction projects in the Phoenix area and throughout Arizona. In recent years, he and his company's fleet of Tam-rock surface drills have roamed far beyond Arizona, working in Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Texas and Nebraska.
