Actually, it's a recent picture of Bill Gates. OK, so it is some geek showing off his new digital watch. Gates was at the International Consumer Electronics Show in January to promote Microsoft's new Smart Personal Object Technology (SPOT) Equipped with a chip that can receive a constant, low-bandwidth stream of data over the FM radio spectrum, the live connection will allow the wearer to receive messages from friends. Users will be able to configure the watches' data subscriptions on a Microsoft Web site, choosing from news, sports, weather, traffic, stocks and other information. The data is beamed directly to the watches' tiny liquid crystal display.
