摘要

The optical transmission spectra of epitaxial Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe films with a gradient of the band gap have been studied experimentally. The possibility of transforming the spectra after exposure of the samples to a homogeneous magnetic field has been demonstrated. This effect is possibly caused by the dependence of the magnetization of the Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe films on the composition gradient of the solid solution.
