摘要

The nonlinear phenomena occurring in ferroelectrics were studied using a model for the dependence of the ferroelectric polarization on the amplitude of the applied field. The inclusion of the static internal defect field made it possible to determine the dependence of the complex permittivity of a ferroelectric on the dc electric field strength. The dependences of the complex permittivity and the dielectric loss factor on the amplitude of microwave oscillations were obtained using the Poynting theorem for harmonic microwave oscillations.
