摘要

The kinetics of light-induced depletion of electronic states created by plastic deformation in gamma-irradiated NaCl crystals was studied experimentally, which permitted reconstruction of the photoionization spectrum of these states in the range 1.2-2.2 eV. Additional arguments are presented in support of this spectrum C, deriving from photoexcitation of electrons from the dislocation band. It is shown that, in this case, the spectrum thus obtained is not admixed with the photoionization spectrum of dislocation-related point defects. (C) 2005 Pleiades Publishing, Inc.
