Further Thoughts on Safety

摘要

I enjoyed reading the interesting and timely article,titled,"Predesign with Safety in Mind" (July 2006,pp.27-37) by G.D.Ulrich and P.T.Vasudevan.Having attended a recent in-house lecture on HAZOP,I found this paper to be a source of many useful points,on which I wish to comment.
