The OmniSEC 4.1 GPC/SEC integrated software package for multiple detection analysis helps maximize the information and efficiency of size separation experiments.Version 4.1 has the ability to calculate molecular weight of a protein sample without knowing the differential index of refraction (dnldc) or concentration,as well as flow-injection polymer-analysis style calculations.
