Time-resolved light scattering profiles were measured from highly forward-scattering media in the spatial range of 5-15 transport mean free paths (l(t)). Experimental profiles were compared with theoretical predictions based on the non-Euclidean diffusion (NED) and conventional diffusion approximation (DA) equations. The NED model was found to be better in predicting scattered photon distribution over various temporal and spatial scales than the DA approach. [References: 17]
