The results of measurements of Raman spectra for λ = 441.6 and λ = 1060 nm excitation lines of relaxer ferroelectric ceramics composed of lead zirconate-titanate (Pb_(1-x)La_x)(Zr_(0.65)Ti_(0.35))_(1-x/4)O_3 with x = 8% lanthanum abundance irradiated at the linear inductive accelerator (LIA) by means of the pulsed high-current electron beam (PHEB) are given. The parameters of the pulsed high-current electron beam were E_e = 800 keV energy, I_e = 200 A/cm~2 beam current density, τ = 200 ns pulse duration. The 3D images for the unirradiated and radiated parts of the sample were obtained using the Raman-active mode v_2 = 217 cm~(-1). For the irradiated sample, the space regions with anomalously high intensity of the v_2 Raman mode were revealed. Possible mechanisms of the pulsed high-current electron irradiation effect on the relaxer PLZT 8/65/35 are analyzed.
