QED theory of cascades and two-photon transitions and calculation of the E1-M1 transition probability in two-electron highly charged ions

The quantum electrodynamical theory of the cascades and two-photon transitions in few-electron highly charged ions is presented. The numerical calculations are performed for the E1-M1 transition 2 P-3(0)-1 S-1(0) in the He-like ions with the nuclear charge 30less than or equal toZless than or equal to100.
