摘要

A kinetic theory for induced electric charges of intense photons and neutrinos in unmagnetized plasmas is presented. The induced electric charges arise owing to the charge separation created by the photon and neutrino pressures. Intense photons and neutrinos are coupled with the plasma through the electromagnetic and weak nuclear forces, respectively. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. [References: 12]
