Erko Truetzschler GmbH in Duelmen, Germany was acquired by the Truetzschler group in April 2009. The acquisition is being utilized as anopportunity to restructure the Truetzschler group into three business units.This will enable Truetzschler to focus even more clearly on customers' needsand to optimize the service it offers.
