It is the great honor for us to edit this special issue of Procedia Social and Behavioral Sciences Journal for theselected revised papers presented in The 3rd World Conference on Educational Sciences (WCES-2010) held onFebruary 03rd – 07th 2011, at the Bahcesehir University in historical city of Istanbul in Turkey, which is organizedcollaboratively with Ankara University, Bahcesehir University and Near East University. This privileged scientificevent has contributed to the field of educational sciences and research for three years.
