Big Data for New Industrialization and Urbanization Development: A Case Study in Chinese Cities

Industrialization and urbanization are considered as interdependent processes of recent economic development. Innovations in technology and higher affordability of electronic devices have facilitated current age of big data. Use of digital data provided modern urbanization which is an essential element of industrialization and rapid income growth globally. Most manufacturing and service production is efficient when undertaken in urbanized areas where organizations can readily follow best practice in technology and management. Over the past three decades, China has achieved enormous economic growth, accompanied by a growing number of large cities.
