Nowadays, the international competition becomes more and more intense, in the final analysis it is the competition of innovative talents. The rich, strong and prosperous country can't leave the innovative talents, and the innovation is the only driving force and source for catching up with advanced. In view of this, the system design of innovative psychological quality training for college students was studied, firstly, the various factors in the model were analyzed by the analytic hierarchy process, and then the hierarchical structure was constructed and tested consistently, finally, the comprehensive performance of the students' innovative psychological quality training system was analyzed. The results show that when the college students' innovative psychological quality training system is designed, the motivation of college students' innovative quality training and the motivation internal and external excitation need to be analyzed, and the excellent grades are obtained by students who participate in the psychological quality training in the innovation practice. In addition, the factors in the aspects of the school and teacher, the quality of students, the innovation of psychological quality and the arrangement of training courses should be considered.
