Activity of port subjects in logging UE programmes on the investment in fishing harbours

摘要

The paper presents the results of research on Polish fishing harbours. The results show disproportions in the infrastructure investments of fishing harbours. The main factors of differences in investments are: financial possibilities, conditions of logging UE programmes, and received priorities. The research showed that, only Polish municipal harbours use UE funds well.
