摘要

The text analyzes a feminist militancy of women of the Brazilian Communist Party (PCB) from 1949 until 1975. In 1949, women linked to the party founded the Brazilian Federation of Women (FMB), with the aim of building a national and unified feminine movement; in 1975, probably due to the lived experiences, the PCB published a text of self-criticism legitimizing the feminism. From then on, it began to attribute positive connotations to the movement. The objective of this study is to analyze the forms of female resistance developed by female from PCB during the period in question with the purpose of listing new elements for understanding the history of feminism in Brazil, especially in relation to PCB
