思维导图迁床流程图在传染病迁床管理中的应用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application of flow chart of changing bed based on mind mapping method in management of changing bed patients with infectious disease. Methods This study included those patients with medical order of changing bed, with 150 cases in control group and 150 cases in study group. The original flow chart of changing bed and flow chart based on mind mapping were used in the control group and study group respectively. The incidence of clinical nursing error was observed, and patients' satisfaction to nursing service and positive evaluation of nurses to changing bed management were evaluated. Results The incidence of clinical nursing error on forgot to update treatment record and forgot to shift medical list were lower in the study group than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Patients in the study group had higher nursing satisfaction compared with those in the control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). Nurses rated higher positive evaluation on flow chart based on mind mapping than that of original flow chart (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). Conclusion Application of flow chart of changing bed based on mind mapping method can improve the management of patients with infectious disease, reduce the risk of clinical nursing error and improve the nursing satisfaction.
