摘要

Abstract:Objective To summarize the standardized training objects, plan, method and efficacy for newly recruited nurses from respiration medicine department. Methods 〓The standardized training for newly recruited nurses had been conducted since 2013. The training sheet included inductive education, responsibility enhancement, hospital infection management and related assessment mechanism. The assessment outcomes of newly recruited nurses from 2013 to 2016 were observed. Results 〓There was a increasing trend in qualified rate of theory and specialized skill assessment. Newly recruited nurses were becoming more and more familiar with the liability system and emergency capacity since 2013. Conclusion 〓Application of standardized training sheet combined with variety of training methods can improve the comprehensive and specialized skill of newly recruited nurses in respiration medicine department.
