Continuing Education of Medical Librarians The Medical Library Association and Continuing Education

摘要

IT has been my very pleasant task to review the Medical Library Association's activities in continuing education for medical librarianship. It has proved an interesting task as well, leading me through the Association's history and down side roads and detours that did not always come back to the subject at hand. Much of our Association's concern has been with our professional education-training, in the early days-and with ways of acquiring it both painfully and painlessly.
