高青陈庄《引簋》与周代军制

摘要

Yingui Inscription from Gaoqing Chenzhuang Cite is about the Mingqing appointing in the military system in Zhou Dynasty .The major responsibility of a Mingqing is to administrate the mili‐tary affairs in a kingdom and by appointing Mingqings , Emperor Zhou could control the military forces of a kingdom and the kingdom itself as a whole ,which makes Mingqings serve both as an ad‐ministrator and an official .This double identity strengthens the connection between Emperor Zhou and Mingqings by identifying the former as a controller of all military districts and the latter an admin‐istrator of each district.%山东高青陈庄遗址新出《引簋》是一篇册命金文，其内容关涉周代军制中的命卿制度。命卿以周王设在诸侯国内管理军事事务为主要职责，周天子通过命卿来掌握诸侯的军事力量，进而达到控制诸侯的目的。缘此，周代命卿具有王臣与公臣的双重身份，这种双重性质加强了周天子与诸侯之间的联系，有助于周王引导、监督诸侯的军事行为，更强化了诸侯地方政权的性质，使诸侯之师带有“军区”的性质。
