Today's modern telematic technology is opening up a plethora of machine management opportunities for contractors and equipment owners - from site-specific machine interaction, to the ability to remotely monitor machine and component condition and status. And owners are taking to this technology enthusiastically. With most of the major construction equipment manufacturers now offering their own proprietary systems -and an ever-increasing range of third-party options also available - equipment owners and managers can't seem to get enough of this technology.
