Boskalis awarded EUR 45M dredging project in Maldives

On 23 October 2019 Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) of Papendrecht, Netherlands announced the award of a contract by the Ministry of National Planning and Infrastructure, Republic of Maldives, in relation to the development of Gulhifalhu. The contract carries a value of approximately EUR 45M. The dredging activities are due to commence in the fourth quarter of 2019 and are expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2020.
