The precision tool division (DPV) of the German Plant Manufacturers Association (VDMA) includes a special department for production metrology and inspection technology providing services to renowned German manufacturers of dimensional production metrology equipment. Apart from a national and international exchange of experience, also market research is performed in Germany and abroad.%Die Fachgemeinschaft Präzisionswerkzeuge (DPV) im Verband Deut-scher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau e.V. (VDMA) betreut in ihrer Fachabteilung Fertigungs-Meß- und Prüftechnik namhafte Hersteller dimensionaler Fertigungsmeßtechnik in Deutschland. Neben dem nationalen und internationalen Erfahrungsaustausch werden Markt-erhebungen für das Inland und weltweit durchgeführt.
