INFRA BIM INTERFACE MANAGEMENT ON THE GRAND PARIS EXPRESS PROJECT

Interface management is an essential issue for the success of a BIM operation. On the Grand Paris Express projects under Infra Setec project management, BIM makes it possible to produce a preliminary real-time synthesis of the projects. To achieve this, a precise organisation and frequent BIM progress reviews are required. The BIM interfaces apply both between special features of a structure, between the various structures themselves, or the structures in relation to the context, illustrated in the Setec method for incorporation of geotechnical data. A successful BIM approach requires regular monitoring and skills upgrading for those involved in the project, so that they all share good BIM reflexes.
