PCTEL completes acquisition of PCTEL Secure

PCTEL, Inc., a provider of antenna and scanning receiver solutions, announced that it acquired the remaining interest in PCTEL Secure LLC ("PCTEL Secure"), a joint venture formed with Eclipse Design Technologies, Inc. ("Eclipse"), for $800,000. As a result of this acquisition, PCTEL Secure will be wholly-owned by PCTEL, and Eclipse will not retain any rights or interests in PCTEL Secure.
