MTN-Irancell replaces Wimax routers for switch to TD-LTE

Iranian operator MTN-Irancell is upgrading subscriber WiMAX modems, mostly used at home, for TD-LTE models. This will mean increased connectivity, higher speeds and lower latency, at no extra cost to customers, the operator said. Users have until 21 May to replace their modems before Irancell stops offering services to WiMAX modems.
