Netgear intros Nighthawk WiFi 6 mesh router, Orbi LTE router

Netgear is launching a new WiFi 6 mesh networking system under its premium Nighthawk brand. The company also announced a new Orbi mesh router incorporating 4G connectivity. The Nighthawk Mesh WiFi 6 System will be shipping this month for a suggested retail price of USD 229.99 for the router and one satellite. A two-satellite system will be available later in Q1, with pricing announced at that time. The router and satellite support dual-band Wi-Fi at up to 1.8Gbps using the latest WiFi 6 standard. The router also comes equipped with 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports (one for the internet and the other for the LAN) while the satellite comes with 1 Gigabit Ethernet port. Users can control the network system using the free Nighthawk mobile app.
