For years, getting your hands on the first issue of wired, published in January 1993, required winning an eBay auction or battling dust at your local library. No more. To mark the magazine's 20th anniversary, we're releasing a special iPad edition of that debut issue. Called wired 1.1.1, it includes the issue's entire contents, plus updates and behind-the-scenes stories on every page. It also features an extensive oral history with cofounders Louis Rossetto and Jane Metcalfe, creative director John Plun-kett, executive editor Kevin Kelly, and 27 others.
