Controlling Access to Nested Classes

Thanks to Alexandru for his bug submission this month. I'm not sure if it's actually a bug or just a case of VC7 being too advanced, but it's definitely not compliant to the current Standard. As usual, Alexandru will receive a Windows Developer T-shirt for his efforts; don't forget that you can get one, too, if your bug is used. Submit your compiler bugs to wdlet-ter@cmp.com, along with the conditions required to reproduce it (including the compiler version). We do accept bugs from any major Windows compiler, not just Microsoft's, so feel free to send them in.
