Synoviale Hilfseinrichtungen für die Mm. biceps brachii und brachialis am Ellbogengelenk von Hund und Katze im Vergleich zu Wolf, Tiger und Puma. Teil Ⅰ: Hund (Canis lupus f. familiaris) und Wolf (Canis lupus)

Die synovialen Hilfseinrichtungen für die Mm. biceps brachii und brachialis am Ellbogengelenk wurden an Vordergliedmaßen von 15 Hunden untersucht und mit jenen bei einem Wolf verglichen. Dabei wurde festgestellt, daß die Sehne des M. brachialis innerhalb des bindegewebigen Kanals, welcher von der ulnaren sowie vom oberflächlichen und tiefen Teil der radialen Ansatzsehne des M. biceps brachii gebildet wird, von einer Bursa synovialis unvollständig umfaßt wird. Ein weiterer Schleimbeutel liegt zwischen den ulnaren Ansatzsehnen der Mm. biceps brachii und brachialis und dem diese überkreuzenden Ligamen-tum obliquum. Die an der medialen Fläche des Processus coronoideus medialis ulnae inserierenden Sehnen der Mm. biceps brachii und brachialis werden regelmäßig von einer proximal überhängenden Ausbuchtung der Gelenkkapsel unterlagert, welche sich von kaudal zwischen diese und das Ligamentum collaterale cubiti mediale vorwölbt. In Höhe des medialen Rollkammes der Trochlea humeri konnte ein fakultativer Schleimbeutel zwischen Gelenkkapsel und Gleitkissen an der artikularen Oberfläche des M. biceps brachii festgestellt werden.%Forelimbs of fifteen dogs were examined in order to describe auxiliary synovial structures for the brachial biceps and brachial muscles at the level of the elbow joint. Another synovial bursa is located between the ulnar tendons of insertion of the brachial biceps and brachial muscles and the oblique ligament which crosses these tendons. Furthermore a constant recess of the joint capsule pouches between the medial collateral ligament and the tendons of the brachial biceps and brachial muscles attaching to the medial surface of the ulnar medial coronoid process. An inconstant synovial bursa is located between the joint capsule and the scutum on the articular surface of the brachial biceps muscle at the level of the medial sagittal ridge of the trochlea humeri.
