The global population is increasing and it is widely accepted that in order to satisfy the growing demand for food, a balance needs to be struck between increasing food production and working more efficiently with the food we already have. As well as the positive environmental impact the focus on efficient food management brings, there is of course a financial benefit. As a large national food distributor, Reynolds has an obligation to regularly review its impact on all areas of the environment; to ensure that the business can support a robust supply chain and ultimately be more efficient with the storage and distribution of the food it provides.
