Zephyr Products, Inc., a custom sheet metal fabrication company established in 1980, was one of the first companies in the country to launch an inmate work release program outside prison walls. The program was created to utilize inmate labor while providing training, with the ultimate goal of equipping them with a skill and giving them a better chance of surviving after release.
