The 1998 AWS Exhibition and Convention Offers More Than Ever

Nearly six hundred exhibitors will display the latest in welding technology, services and material at the 1998 AWS International Welding and Fabricating Exposition and Annual Convention, April 27-30, at Cobo Hall in Detroit, Mich. The Convention officially convenes at 9:00 a.m. Monday the 27th with the delivery of the keynote address, presented this year by one of the industry's most successful executives, Raymond Hoglund, president and CEO of ESAB Welding and Cutting Products North America, Florence, S.C. The topic of his address will be "Capitalizing on Change in the Welding Industry."
