Reducing atmosphere furnace brazing is most certainly not 'insulated' from experiencing problems during production runs. Unfortunately, it is important to recognise that the existence of a 'problem' is usually not identified until the leading parts in a production run have emerged from the furnace at the conclusion of the process cycle and, on inspection, found to be unsatisfactory. By the time that this is recognised it could be the case that several hundred other parts are already on their way through the furnace, all of which can be expected to be unsatisfactory, and perhaps destined to be scrapped!
