Central European Conference and Tour of Spain

I am writing this to encourage the membership to attend regional conferences and combine this attendance with a tour of the conference area. I was extremely pleased to attend the 4th Central European Conference in Madrid, Spain, which was well attended and perfectly executed. Miguel Mascaray did an excellent job. My wife and I combined a vacation and tour of Spain with attending the conference and saw many fantastic sites. In the interest of brevity, I will list a few of the highlights.
