Honorary Fellow - Dudley Cate

Dudley accomplished much during his 34 year career with the Naval Air Systems Command, nearly half of which was served as the Head of NAVAIR's mass properties organization. His legacy is still felt at NAVAIR as well as his significant involvement and active participation throughout his career with the SAWE. Having completed a distinguished career and earned retirement, Dudley was not content to sit back and let those that came after him sustain the entity that he helped to create. Knowing that knowledge and insight are keys to performance, he has continued to contribute to the mass properties profession and enhancement of the SAWE's unique ability to provide training to a wide spectrum of members. He has continued his commitment to mass properties excellence by volunteering to develop and teach courses in SAWE RP-7 and RP-8.
